BIG SPEED. BIG FUN. 2006 isn't over yet and neither are the events on the Melges 32 racing circuit! Last exclusive venue on the circuit is the Melges 32 Tune-Up Regatta taking place in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida on December 1-3. This regatta will be very educational and nothing short of fun! It is guaranteed to be triple the pleasure — cool Winter racing, afternoon post-race discussions and nice parties in the evening.

DECEMBER 1-3 • If all you wanted for the holidays was a downwind sleigh ride on your Melges 32, here is your chance. The Melges 32 Tune-Up 2006 in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida is going to be awesome with at least ten boats expected to participate. DOWNLOAD A NOR today! Come and join in on the fun December 1-3.

Making this event extra special is the terrific opportunity to relax and have fun racing, in addition exchange ideas and conduct post race discussions. Racing takes place on Friday, December 1 - December 3 then concludes with an awards ceremony early Sunday afternoon. Afternoon cookouts and activities will take place at Lauderdale Yacht Club each day. Registration begins on November 30th at the Lauderdale Yacht Club, LYC Pool/Pavilion. Please read the NOR carefully as daily rendezvous points are noted and the schedule of racing/events are detailed.

Don't waste another minute as opportunities like this do not come along often. Make plans to do some cool Winter racing in Florida! The entry deadline is set for November 10th with final entry deadline at 10:00 a.m. on December 1. Stay tuned to MELGES32.COM as more racing documents and information becomes available.

MELGES 32 STEALS THE SHOW IN ANNAPOLIS!

A REAL SHOW STOPPER. The Melges 32, in its own supersonic right, stole the spotlight at the 37th Annual Annapolis Boat Show in Annapolis, Maryland first weekend of October. Besides a number of sailing industry vendors launching new products was the Melges 32, astounding passers-by and other serious buyers looking to jump onboard. Yes! Boats were sold including the one on display. This is good news as we also anticipate that the high interest level will also potentially generate as many as 20 Melges 32s on the line in Key West!

Also on hand, providing some extra-added spotlight was the world-renown team of Tucker Thompson and his T2P.TV. While at the show, T2P.TV conducted an interview with Vice President of Melges Performance Sailboats and multiple sailing champion Andy Burdick. Andy provided a mini walking tour of the Melges 32, spoke about some of the really cool and popular features, and other ultra-awesome aspects that boast the simplicity of this super racer.
